[FARC_list] W2 QSL Bureau Reminder

Hi all.

Not too long ago I did a program on the ARRL Outgoing QSL Bureau.  Each call district -also- has at least one INCOMING QSL Bureau so DX stations can save on postage.

I know that some of us have been taking advantage of the good conditions on the high bands to work some DX.  -IF- you're interested in receiving QSL cards from them, just to collect or for award purposes, you should become a member of the W2 buro (CW abbreviation for bureau).  You may already have cards waiting for you.  I am -still- getting buro cards for WB2DVU, a call I haven't held in 10 years!
