This coming Wednesday evening at 7:00PM the Oswego County RACES in 
conjunction with the Oswego County Emergency Management Office will have 
a tour of the Joint Information Center and the Emergency Offsite 
Operating Facility. These buildings are located on property adjacent to 
the Oswego County Airport on route 176. Talk in will be on 147.150.

You are welcome to join us for the tour. Kindly advise Judy LaMay at
