[FARC_list] Mailing list Error

Good morning,

It looks like there has been an issue with the FARC mailing list software
that prevented several recent messages from being delivered. During some
routine server maintenance this morning, I seem to have shaken them free.
The server that runs that software is due to be decommissioned so I will be
moving the mailing list software to a new version and new server over the
next several days. I do not expect there to be a significant interruption
or change to operations.

I'll send out a test message once the migration is complete.
